I happen to work at a place with very clear objectives and great leadership, which makes buy in easy. As I read through your list of 6 elements, it made me happy to see how hard the leadership has worked to create that environment at North Greenville University. (I have been there 7 years now, so I think the honeymoon stage is over and I still love it!) Anyway, great post! </description>
